and we haaave a winner!

Denise is a retired kindergarten teacher who now volunteers at her local wildlife shelter in her home country of Australia. These shelters were hit hard by the Black Summer bushfires during 2019 to 2020, so the work she does is deeply meaningful. She is bringing along her dear friend Liz to join her on this trip, as she shares Denise’s love for wildlife.

This is what Denise had to say on finding out the exciting news of being announced the winner:

“Africa and wildlife are two of my greatest passions. I am beyond thrilled to have won this amazing conservation prize with Kevin, his team and the diverse and majestic animals at his sanctuary. Thank you so much to the GoodGood Giving team and the Kevin Richardson Foundation for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I’m so excited and very grateful.”
